Submission Guidelines for CD review:

Women's Rising is now accepting CD submissions for review.  Due to the amount of CDs we receive for review there is a small $10 processing fee.  This fee will assure you that your CD is listened to and reviewed, and that the review is available to you for your promotional use.  If you are based in the southwest USA, your review will also be considered for publication in Southwest Flair and any other Zia Media Group publications.

Reviewed categories include:

Pop
Rock
Light Rock/Easy Listening
Jazz
Blues
Folk
Instrumental
Country
World
New Age
Spoken Word

We do not review Heavy Metal, Rap, Hip-Hop or Christian/Gospel, or anything we deem to be sexually explicit or vulgar or in any way derogatory to the feminine.

We do not review male artists or male bands.  This should be obvious given the nature of our site however if you knew the amount of CDs we receive from male artists then you would understand that we have to make this clear.  We do review bands with males that are fronted by a female or have a lead female.

We do not review minors under 18.

You may pay online with a credit card here or pay by check.

Please do not email mp3s or music files.

We reserve the right to refuse to review any CD.  If you submit a CD that does not meet the above criteria, you will not be refunded, nor will your CD be returned.

Before submitting your CD for review, please browse our site, read our creed, read our articles, see the other artists we have reviewed, so that you fully understand our platform and our preferences as far as material.
